A website all about comedy, Cracked is seeking funny, smart, and creative writers for the paid comedy writing opportunities they offer. They don’t require any experience and they will pay you if you’re good.

Cracked looks for great articles about all kinds of topics in a list-style format. They want passion, creativity and a bit of humor to make things interesting.

Pay Range: Varies

Reader’s Digest

While Reader’s Digest accepts more than just humor writing, they do have a section for jokes and funny stories. If you have something funny to submit, you can get paid for your comedy and get published in Reader’s Digest.

Pay Range: $25 for jokes, gags, and funny quotes, $100 for true funny stories

Funny Times
